New Year’s Eve is an exciting event as we look back on the year gone by and look forward to the year ahead.

Dining for non-residents is also available on New Years Eve with the Met Bar available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There are no table reservations being taken for the Met Bar. Alternatively a table can be booked in the Bistro area. Both areas will serve the same Met Bar menu.
While dining on New Years Eve may be in either the Met Bar or the Bistro, both offer a relaxed dining experience.
Delicious, seasonal food is served in both elegant, modern settings. The Fitzwilton Hotel is the perfect location to celebrate an evening of festivities as a new year begins filled with wonderful possibilities.
Entertainment: There will also be music in the Met Bar area to ring in the New Year. Music will feature from 9.45pm – 12.30am approx.. with the Waterford 2 piece Trad/Folk group ‘The Knockadolly’s’
