“Great Anniversary celebration – We stayed for two nights at the Fitzwilton recently, as a group of 20 adults and children, to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The booking process was made very easy by a helpful manager named Louise, who made sure that we got a great rate, inclusive of dinner on one night. Our group included a wheelchair user, baby and an elderly man with limited mobility and we found the facilities perfectly matched our needs. The rooms were very clean and the decor was modern and fresh. We had food and drinks in the bar and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. For the anniversary dinner the duty manager, Justin, went above and beyond to make sure that my parents enjoyed their night. The staff left us into the room early to decorate the table and set up a little cake table to reenact the wedding day. The food was lovely, and the bar service was very good. We were not rushed to clear the table and we appreciated the extra time. We had free parking under the hotel which was appreciated given the rainy conditions. One of the bar staff even moved the furniture around to retrieve a childrens book we had lost down the back of the seating.
